You
must register online and pay the seller
fee to be registered.

- You are not considered registered
until your fee has been paid. If paying via PayPal with a credit card,
please add $0.50 to the fee to pay the convenience charge.
- The fee is for
entering up to 400 items online. For another 200 items, a $5 fee will be
deducted from your check before it is mailed for each set of 200.

Items Required:
- Yarn on hanger for sorting (If
donating all leftover items, do not use any yarn.)
- Printed tag from www.myconsignmentmanager.com/jamom with the Seller # and Price on
card along with a short description and size of item. (Must have jamom in
all lowercase letters).
- You will be printing your tags. Please
let me know if any problems with this.
We
gladly accept: infant clothing, boys clothing (to size 20), girls clothing (to
size 16), maternity clothing, children’s shoes in good condition, baby and
children’s furniture and equipment, infant and youth bedding, toys, books,
games, videos, and sports equipment.
For
this sale, we will ONLY accept Fall and Winter seasons of clothing.
Please
make sure it is something you would want to buy and CLEAN.
We
DO NOT accept any adult items, except maternity and purses.
All
items should be clean, ironed, and in good working order.
There
is a 20 item minimum to participate in the sale.
Please
make sure all items are tagged correctly (see tagging instructions).
Items
not sold or picked up will be donated to a local charity unless marked with the
appropriate colored yarn on the hangers AND marked DND (for Do Not Donate) on
the tag. The yarn helps us with sorting.
The sale will be held at Calvary
Baptist Church – Oil Well Road – Jackson.
Drop-off times (all drop-off will be
on-site at Calvary Baptist Church):
Thursday, August 18, from 6pm - 8pm
Friday, August 19, from 9am - 5pm No
items will be accepted after 5pm Friday.
When
dropping off items, please check in at the table before hanging items. You will
have a few items scanned to check you in. Please also check to make sure you
are using the correct number.
Contributor sale: Friday, August 19 from 6-8pm. Don’t forget tickets at
drop off.
Public sale: Saturday, August 20 from 8am-3pm (1/2 price from
1-3pm).
Pickup : Saturday, August 20 from 6 –
8pm at Calvary Baptist Church. Items not
picked up by 8pm on Saturday will be donated to a local charity unless prior
arrangements for pickup have been made. We do not have the storage space to hold
items for pickup.
Clothing
and items in piles on the floor during the consignor shop IS NOT allowed.
Consignors that do this WILL NOT be allowed to shop or to consign at the next
sale. Whatever you leave on the ground belongs to someone else and they miss
the opportunity to have sold it due to your negligence. HANG IT UP!!
If
you do not want your items sold at ½ price, enter this when you enter your
tags.
You
will receive 75% of your total sales for the items sold. $15 seller fee to be
paid before sale. Due to the vast number of items offered during the sale,
JAMOM
WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS!
Sale profit: Checks will be mailed to your home
address that you provide in the sign-up within 1 week of the sale. A summary of
your sold items will be available online. Checks will not be issued for less
than $5.
Please
make sure to also sign out as you pick up leftover items.
Tagging Instructions:
Hang
all clothing items with the hanger pointing to the left and the tag secured with a safety pin
to the top, right, front of the garment. You may secure the tag with a tagging
gun if so desired (can be purchased online). This makes tagging much easier.
Only
use cardstock for your tags!
Paper tags can be easily torn and lost.
White paper will go ½ price. Yellow cardstock will stay full
price. The notations on the tags MUST be made when entering tags online.
Use
the appropriate colored yarn to mark every hanger for items you do NOT want
donated.
Use
whole dollar amounts ($1.00, $5.00). Items not priced in whole dollar amounts will be credited to
JAMOM. (excludes ½ price sale)
Items
will be sold at the price printed on the card.
Place
small, non-clothing items (small parts of toys, shoes, socks) in Ziploc bags
with index cards placed inside. You can attach the bag to larger toys using
cable ties or packing tape. Please do not tape the index card inside the Ziploc
bag! As a hint, pajamas sell better on
hangers than in bags. So do purses, backpacks, and diaper bags.
For
large non-clothing items, secure index cards to items with strong tape.
Items
will be sold at half price for the last two hours of the sale, unless you note
on the tag when entering tickets online.
Items
not sold will be donated to a local charity unless marked on the tag when
entering tickets.
